There aren’t any details about a “We Upgrade” feature shown in the owner’s manual. But it appears that you will be able to buy additional digital features via the dashboard.

Anybody heard about any lease deals as for me I think it will be more cost effective to lease than buy.

It's not just the list price (although the £40k tax rate is important) but also the finance costs may be i.e VW Finance for a PCH agreement.
