As per title really. Looking for someone with OBD11 to do some coding when I take delivery.
I'm based in Blackpool but happy to travel anywhere in North West, North East, Yorkshire etc. and happy reimburse costs for credits used etc.
Thanks.

Re: Software 3.1
3.1 is alive and well over the pond - all latest ID4's (presume ID3's also) are coming with software 3.1.
Can't help but feel it'll happen for those on 3.0 pretty soon if they're already deploying it, albeit it seems manually rather than OTA.

Re: Delivery time
Picked up my family pro performance yesterday after a 9 month wait. Can confirm it is MY22.5 with new interior and side sensors. Went for a drive last night around Edinburgh, love the ACC. My ID4 build week was one after yours, so fingers crossed I should get mine next week. Although VW and logic :...

Looks great, glad you like it, please report back with any software problems you have so we can feel slightly better about our own cars :D The release notes said that "Theater" would have Disney+, and it doesn't. Other than that, it's perfect so far ! Bloody send it back. Absolute liabili...

Make sure to sign up for the WeCharge card before you go. £9.99 monthly fee will get you £0.28 per kWh charging at Ionity.

Re: Road trip to france!
As above. ABRP will sort you out pre-planning wise. Not sure I'd rely on it yet for actual navigation against the likes of Waze or Google Maps. I retrospectively planned my trips to the Lakes from Blackpool that I did over the weekend, just out of curiousity and it got the percentages absolutely ban...

Re: New Car - Harsh Suspension
This is so common amongst VAG dealerships, it's unreal. I honestly don't know how they pass the PDI's. I had 2 leons in a row with same issue, when i swapped for a skoda superb i had it jacked up to check also but was fine Used to be a long standing joke on the Briskoda forums about the amount of S...

Confused why you've lost your grant? I thought it was being honoured for previously ordered cars.

One tip that has been mentioned before but worth saying again - check the tyre pressures. Looked at mine this morning and they were 10 bar over the recommendation!

Re: Delivery time
Had update from Pulman that my ID4 52 Life is now confirmed build week of 23, so w/c 7th June. ETA at dealer approx end of July. Still short on details unfortunately for spreadsheet (no order number etc). Presuming it will come as MY 22.5. What are peoples experiences of accuracy once they've been ...

Re: Delivery time
As my ID3 delivery is still in the far distance, I thought I'd have a quick check on Autotrader to see if I might be better buying secondhand. I was certainly not prepared for the level of 'taking the piss' that some dealers seem to be thinking is reasonable ... Apparently this is a standard practi...

Re: Charging At Tesco/Lidl when stores are closed?
This cropped up as an issue not so long ago at Lidl, with people getting tickets for charging after the store was closed. I think PodPoint and Lidl have clarified that you can now charge there, irrespective of store opening hours, as long as you don't exceed maximum stay but I'd research each car pa...

Re: public charging question zap map and others
Looking on zap map, there are 8x chargers that appear to be free (but you pay for parking) and 1x Tesla destination charger, again free but pay for parking. There's an Ionity charger at the Channel Gateway you could use if more convenient or as a backup if the charges at Ashford are all in use. You ...

It honestly baffles me that they've spent all this time and money on this software, for it to be this half baked. They could approach Google and put android automotive in, ala Polestar and problems solved. Surely most people plug in their phone anyway so why they feel the need to reinvent the wheel...

Re: Enabling Travel Assist with OBD11
Sorry for the potentially daft question.
I'm currently awaiting a ID4 Life - will mine have the prerequisite tech to enable travel assist via OBD?
Thanks.
