Tried removing fuse 19 as suggested above.
No difference, notice now been on screen for nearly 4 months. Car will go in for two year service in a couple of weeks so hoping the dealer can resolve this problem.
Hope this is a not what will happen when 3.0 comes along!

The problem is still there after nearly two months now I thought it needed a longer drive time but that's doesn't seem to be the case as I've just returned from a 500 mile trip to the west country with the notice still there

Strange how this software "works"! After two days not connecting, is now connected again this morning. Ah well, of it happens again in the next two weeks I'll still take it back for the dealership to play with. Thanks for the replies. On a positive note, my Zappi timed boost charge worked ...

I struggled for a couple of weeks with exactly the same problem. None at VW digital or dealer could solve the issue. In the end I simply created a new account and the car then gave a new QR code and the app now works again. The only downside is that my We charge account is still registered to my old...

I tried to reset the car to factory default which failed because the error message said that the connection between the car and We Connect cannot be deleted. QR Enrollment not working
I've tried to enroll my we connect Id but continually get the message " Sorry, something went won't while connecting to We Connect." Please try again later. This is with perfect 4G signal and had been happening for two days now.
