We've lost the range in the app too (got the app on 2 phones and both doing the same). Was working fine last week, ours is running 3.2 and has been for a while.

Noticed this on ours this afternoon, assumed it was dirty somewhere!

The electric driver error message appeared after our ID.3 was upgraded to 3.2 late last year. So far no VW dealer has been able to actually look at it and resolve the problem. Back logs, unable to get parts, general apathy - VW don't care. Use VW Assist. Tell them you are not happy to drive the car...

I'bve been struggling with this for months. '22 ID.3 Pro running 3.2, Podpoint Solo charger. The Octopus app always says it can't find the car, yet in the VW app the triangle points to it knowing were the car is and our address is set as home in the car. Any ideas?

Long time lurker... My wife's did this heater thing again today. It hadn't done it for a while but I wondered if it was related to the current "heat wave". On a short journey I ended up turning off all the temperature controls as it suddenly getting hot was v. annoying! It started doing it...
