Hi From my last 80% charge I’m on 4.8 mi/kwh 172 miles covered 58 left. I don’t use a/c but use the blowers on low and windows open at low speeds. Long term 1757 miles at 4.3. This includes the cold weather last month. I’m only doing my daily commute 21miles each way. Tomorrow I’m going from westbur...

Re: Is Maintenance on a lease good value?

771£ sounds like a lot to me.
If you are concerned check with a tyre dealer and with VW to see how much it would cost.
They may be giving you some added extras so check the policy

Re: Pre-Purchase Help Requested

Hi I have 18” steel wheels on mine and the ride is good and after a month I think they look ok, and had positive comments about how nice they are. I was thinking of going for the alloys but I’m happy with what I’ve got. If you go for the bigger rims it will affect the range , if it’s a concern for ...

Warminster id - there’s an Osprey fast charger at Two Rivers Inn car park in Chepstow, quite new and it seems reliable a couple of miles off the M48.
Hi guys,

Re: Long-distance Public Charging network experience

Just trying to work out how I can get from Leicester to Cardiff for a wedding - and where the high speed charging sites are ? Not many !
That’s only about 150 miles so you would only need a short top up on a 50kw charger and there’s a few in Cardiff and close by including Bp pulse at holiday inn

I used it on Saturday and will go again on Wednesday but it will only connect using the type 2 socket, the ccs is not working so it takes about 3hrs for 20-80% The council have said that i...
