We've just collected a brand new ID3 Family this afternoon and cannot get the AirCon working AT ALL!! Is there something that I'm missing, it all looks very simple on the control panel - but none of the fans spin up regardless of whether I'm driving or sat still.... will be making a phonecall to VW ...
