we have off peak electric which we used on the the BMW i3. just had to modify my 7kw EVSE by adding a £12 timer from amazon, tried it last night worked a treat. ID3 blinks red for a minute when you insert the plug with no Control Pilot but then happily goes to sleep and wakes up when the EVSE fires ...

ours went into Mansfield vw yesterday to look at the errors and update it. They confirmed the TSBs for the errors and that it needs an update however couldn't do it as they don't have the special equipment for the ID3. They tried to borrow it from another dealer but apparently it's in short supply. ...

Thanks, after a bit more research the Bridgestones I have do have similar self seal tech as the continentals so I’m comfortable.

We got a red version of that symbol yesterday in heavy snow. Guessed it was front collision avoidance saying it’s not happy due to sensors or visibility. It cleared itself when it stopped snowing.

Guys What tyres did you get with your UK 1st edition? I had read they come with continentals with self repairing technology hence no spare or repair kit. Just checked mine to order winter tyres and noticed it has Bridgestone ECO tyres which I don’t think have self repair. With no spare or repair kit...

I’m gonna book it in for the software update. The range in the app is now different to the car. Currently at 100% with the car estimating 227miles but the app is reporting 140 mile range at 100%. It’s All a bit sketchy - coming from bmw their connected app had its faults but was light years ahead on...

yes resolved today i raised a support ticket, i then received an email saying my service had been activated and it started working. Very next drive i then started getting problems with overspeed warnings when i was well below the speed it was saying and now im getting an air bag malfunction message!...

Thanks for the response, if i hop back to the car screen i see an avatar of my car but nothing about range or battery status and Air con option doesn't do anything.
