Aviva didn’t increase our insurance from the Tiguan to the ID however they did make take the excess from £250 to £600 (apparently standard excess with all EV at Aviva)

I too have been a bit concerned regarding range - ultimately need our ID to achieve 160miles from Norwich to Canterbury - it will happen soon!

Does sound like the ACC button accidentally pressed - I have done it already while driving in a 20 after leaving dual carriageway.
