Tanked the car up overnight using the ‘granny’ lead.

The car tells me the range is 262 miles yet the app displays 158 miles. What goes on?

I attempted to use the WeCharge card at an Alfa point in North Yorks this week with no success. The Alfa number gives an unhelpful voicemail and I haven’t had a reply to an email querying the position. Like SteveGC I rang the number on the WeCharge card but they told me to try again(!). I’ve experienced just as you state above. I’ve only charged the car 3 times but only once did it release the cable first time. I remember my dealer stating that the car should be locked with the key when leaving on charge and unlocked with the key when returning to enable the cable to release. Tried...

Interesting that you mention the reverse cam view being partially obscured. Mine is the same. Naively thought it was a feature! Looking forward to your post on the outcomes to the above.

Mine too is 0564 - despite the dealer stating it was running the latest release. In fairness, may be they are only installing later versions on demand.

This has to be my biggest bug bear: taking in a car with problems and then it being returned NFF.

I stayed and extended the gratis cover I got from VW.

Less than £200 for an old git like me and they guarantee the premium remains the same for the next 2 renewals unless I make a claim etc.
