Re: Wireless phone charge overheat - surgery?
I’m no expert but I thought the issue was caused by a combination of wireless charging and wireless CarPlay/ android auto was the challenge. Further that this was a broader issue and not just with the id3. Could be wrong though. That is what we find - using the wireless charging and Carplay at the ...

Re: "Currently updating the range of offers"
I have sent VW all the info they wanted - screenshots/photos etc and will wait to see what they say. Getting annoying now that they can't even update software without major issues.

Re: Synchronisation
What software are you on? If you are on 3.0 or later, there is a synchronise now button in the app, at the bottom of the settings screen. But it should do it automatically at regular intervals and when you do anything through the app. If it doesn't work, you also need to enabled permissions for eve...

Re: Anyone going to Harrogate?
I had a quick look at the Porsche Taycan price breakdown stuck to it’s windscreen. Lovely car but virtually £1k a month PCP? Or £100,000 of someone’s cash? Now where did I put that lottery ticket. Haha was that the hot pink one? I had a brief look at it. To be fair there were some even more expensi...

Re: Intelligent Octopus Woes
I have the same issue of the car not showing and the weconnect app shows the same issues that ksoni94 had, with the park position, etc not working due to no weconnect plus. However, when I go to the shop in the car it only says 'updating products please try later. How can I get weconnect plus?

Came back 3.2 was seemless the extra battery info on steering wheel display noticeable change, and the battery care menu not seen any other changes yet The battery care menu confuses me somewhat. Re: LHD Wipers Fitted to RHD Car
I don't understand this thread. Goodness knows we've had enough rain in the past months to test the wipers! I've experienced no visibility problems driving in really bad weather. Maybe some people have an April 1 model!! Strange, I have in a week in Cumbria, not surprising though, they call it the ...

Re: 3.2 installed at the dealer today!
Quite a few people have reported going to 3.1 at the dealer and it then getting a short OTA to 3.2 very soon afterwards. This is also the same as a lot of new cars have had. The strange thing is that all these cars that people have shared photos of seem to show software 3.2.0. I thought VW were exp...

Re: 3.2 installed at the dealer today!
Do you know if they have to install 3.0 and then 3.2? Vertu Lincoln today mentioned that the car may need to be in overnight as they have to install 3.0 and then 3.2 and this may take longer than one day to download an install. I would have though they could just load 3.2, bypassing 3.0.
