Has anybody had issues with the software not detecting their battery?
It shows me I have 50 miles left but now it no longer displays the battery percentage and when I tried charging it the port lights up green as it should but the software doesn't recognise it is charging and tells me it's unavailable.
I'm starting to hate my new car........

oh that sounds nasty. Does it continue after stopping and starting again?
I would reset the infotainment system (long press 15 secs or more on the on/off button), exit the vehicle, ensure the keys are well away from the vehicle and leave for at least 30 minutes, then see if its any better.

My software version is 0564.
The display does tell me I have 48 miles left but just doesn't tell me percentage charge or show if charging - very odd.
So now I've plugged it in to charge for an hour - the software doesn't inform me it's charging but it is green on the outer port so I'm going to see if it will then update the 48 miles it displays without the percentage once I disconnect it.
It still won't fix the issue but I'll at least know the battery works.......

So to confirm you go to Vehicle->Charging and you do not get any charging information displayed, for example as below:
Unfortunately sounds like a trip to dealer is called for. I am also still on 0564 but not having any charging issues.

Yep - it just says 'this function is currently unavailable'. It had been fine for the week prior to the issue. Strange.
I plugged it in and charged it for 1 hour and the estimated miles remaining that it still displays on my small display above the steering wheel changed from 48 to 59 miles. So it doesn't seemed like that's accurately working either.
A phone call to the dealership on Tuesday looks to be my only option then!
