I had to factory reset the car today for various reasons (see other topic). Now car isn't connected to the Internet.
Any ideas on how to get it back on from the onboard sim?
Reconnecting sim card
Mine went off Tuesday and hasn’t come back on yet. Going in for a service at the end of the month so I’ll just wait then.
Mine went offline yesterday. There is much advice elsewhere with connection issues including fuse19, soft reset etc. I tried them all except the fuse, that took tinkering too far. I emailed We Connect, details in app under your profile. They gave me some instructions and all is now we'll. I read they could re-activate the SIM so no harm trying, they may have done that for mine too but I don't know. My advice is contact them.

I should have mentioned the instructions from We Connect.
Turn on Offline mode.
Wait for 5min.
Turn it on. I assume d this meant online mode.
Do a soft reset by holding down power button for 20 seconds.
Uninstall you app.
Restart phone.
Reinstall it again.
If this didn't work they asked for various date stamped pictures.
