Having issue connect the car to we connect , the car doesn’t want to generate the qr code , internet unavailable message pop out even there is about 2-3 signals of 4g and the globe sign is white , sos button is green , tried reset system and still no success , anyone had the same issue

I was able to connect to my home WiFi and it worked then.
I say it worked - the car is linked in the WeConnect app but all the services are 'currently unavailable'

Head to a location with as good a 4G signal as possible and try again.
As for the car connecting to WiFi, I’ve yet to read anything which suggests that the car uses this for app <> server <> car communications.

Your 2-3 bar location, or another where you had all bars?
As I mentioned, I don’t think WiFi matters.

Yes with full bar, yes u r correct wifi doesn’t matter , i rang the customer service and they dont know as the sos button is green that means the communication module is working very strange
Reset the car to factory settings and try again, in a full signal location?

thanks for the reply where i can find the service provider and to pick a dealer as these two options are not visible in the car or app
