Just a quick update for anyone interested. Car went on with Motorway on Saturday, got picked up this morning. Such a simple process.
The plus point was ended up getting £3k more for it than I paid brand new 4 months and 5k miles ago. Crazy.
Now on the hunt for an M4

I wonder if the "extra" £3k you got for it will be enough to warrant the cost of getting an M4, as all cars have increased in price?

All the good deals have dried up too because demand is massively outstripping supply.

Yeah not in any rush for the M4. Wfh now and can share the other half’s car while I wait for a decent deal to come along.

Very nice outcome that, free transport and £3k for your trouble
Shame there’s not another EV that tickles your fancy, an M4 wouldn’t see which way Taycan went for example

DTD are still offering the same price as they did before the budget. The interest rate has increased.
The dealer I ordered from will also give me the same deal for a new order.
CarWow deals are not as good, but the odd dealer will provide some discount (in addition to plug in grant and PCP deposit).
Deals on ID.3 are still available.
On BMW i4 and others there are no discounts easily available.

Yeah I’m looking at previous M4. So 35-40k budget. Only about 60k short of a Taycan

Even crazier... last week we got £6,000 more on Motorway than we paid for one of our ID3 Familys last May. The world has gone mad!
