Hi,
A new version of PHPBB has been released and I've updated.
Unfortuantely the previous style was not compatible so I've had to switch to a new one.

Hope you like it, seems clean and works well.

Next on my list is to add the Thanks modification back on.

Thanks
Rob

Any chance we can make the ads less intrusive and put the latest posts widget closer to the top of the home page? Something like speakev.com. I reckon you can attract more users that way and grow the community faster (which will in turn get your more ad revenue).

Hi,
I've changed the latest posts widget on the home page and also added in a 'you may also be interested in' section.
Let me take a look at the ads, I just let Google auto place them rather than specifying where they should be so perhaps there are some options to tweak.

Thanks

Thanks for the quick updates!

It's mainly this ad that sort of gets in the way:

Can you not install an ad blocker?

I'm happy to show ads on ad-supported sites like this one, but they can be a bit much in terms of size and placement. If @Rob can sort that out a little, I personally will be much obliged.

I don't mind ads themselves, especially where they help to support a community I enjoy being a part of. It's just the ones on this site in particular are too in your face and ruin the experience.

There are other UI issues but if we could make the ads less egregious, that'd be a great starting point.
