Hi
Just taken delivery by BCAuctions trailer from VW.
After following all the negative and positive comments delighted to report
Really impressed with the car everything seems to work apart from the Automatic door entry
and the boot release needs the remote to unlock.Tried settings but unable to find answers.
Upgrade 2.1 booked for Monday 12 but quite content as it is.
Have the car on V W lease For a £39000 vehicle £225 a month for 23 months is ridiculous!
Car had to be delivered by 31 March for VW to claim Electric points.

Nice - I’ve not seen a silver yet, I’m waiting for mine. Does the colour look good?

Does that mean you are seeing out delivery of the one you had originally ordered Jono rather than cancelling? It seemed dead in the water!

Its still not definite. The dealer has come back with a number of suggestions / offers, that mitigate any risk on my side.

1) Loan ID3 until resolved
2) My own Part Ex, not sold incase I want it back
3) The move of the £3K grant to another car if I ended up rejecting

That sounds better. Something had to give!

Personally I think the dealer has been great all the way through, my gripe is with VW - absolutely no support for either me or the dealer.

I was promised a call yesterday in relation to my original complaint - no surprise that I didn’t receive one. In addition, I’ve had no response to the email I sent to the executive office (numerous people on here pointed me at it), I think that’s now 4 days ago.

By Tuesday, the brand new ID3 Max (never driven) will have sat bricked at the dealers for 4 weeks.

I guess we need to wait for the OP to clarify but my bet would be:
1. He must have paid higher initial rental
2. He might be business user so monthly rentals are ex-VAT
3. This might be salary sacrifice lease as these tend to have lower monthlies

Yes I am really pleased with the Silver, was that or nothing. Black roof shows off the colour.

Doubtful of steel wheels and researched Alloys, but think that the trims suit the colour really well.
If you YT Scala Silver id3 there are many options.
VW were keen to sell cars before March 31 cut off.

Hi, I'm awaiting the same car model and colour to be delivered.
Was scheduled for 30th but they found a chip on the rear bumper and won't deliver it until after they have sorted that. It was on a similar lease agreement, had to be delivered before the end of the month so we will see what happens. This was for £304/month for 24 months Which I thought was a good deal, 225 sounds insane! Was there a larger deposit?

Sorry only just picked up your reply.
Probably,9 months which suited me as I sold my Gti+ privately £2000 over pex trade in.

Really pleased with car and colour.Decided to keep wheel trims as they look good.
Sound system seems to be mono from centre speaker!
Had no issues at all, now with 2.1 and apple car play
You pleased with yours?
