Has anyone else noticed that when running app updates on an iPhone, the Weconnect ID app doesn't get picked up? Or have I not set something correctly? All my other apps (loads - too many perhaps) update OK.
I get wind of Weconnect ID updates through this forum or SpeakEV.

Don’t understand that. My WeConnect ID app updated today and last week along with others. But it is not showing anything new.
ID.3 1st Edition, Manganese Grey Metallic. 2.1 Software update 7 April 2021. 2.3 OTA Software update 2 August 2021. Dealer installed 2.4 update & battery 29 July 2022. 3.0 OTA update 21 December 2022. 3.2 Dealer installed October 2023.
As far as I know the app is at version 1.28.0. I’ve noticed exactly the same - it doesn’t seem to be picked up for auto update. You have to find it in the App Store and then it shows it can be updated - so a manual process….

iPhone apps update every few days automatically. manually refreshing means you can force updates manually if you wish.

Maybe they are supposed to update automatically every few days, but that was the original point, my Weconnect app didn't. I wonder if there is something coded in the app to do this and the Weconnect app doesn't have that? After all, it may have been coded by VW and we know how good their coding is, don't we.

I always click on my profile and pull down the screen to refresh, as suggested above, so I couldn’t tell you if it was there without doing this. Maybe that’s the answer why yours wasn’t there at first.
