Steering wheel control view cursor

Would anyone know if when pressing the view cursor either way should show a different screen.? The manual states that it should show nav and other views but on my car it does nothing ,any ideas appreciated.

mine changes views, there being 3 options

Thanks both,I get it now ,it only shows the three screens when the sat nav is in use
