The dealer should help you get the car registered in the We Connect ID app on your phone - have that installed and logged in with an account before you go.
They should also give you a white ID box which will include the We Charge card and a few branded bits and bobs.
When you're ready to start using the £500 credit, register the We Charge card in the We Connect ID app and you should get the option to upgrade to the We Charge Plus plan for free - it's this which activates the credit and gives you the cheaper Ionity rate.
