It sounds strange to me, not something I've ever experienced, however I have always finished in the car before I plug in. I wonder if it doesn't sync charging location settings properly from the car if it's already plugged in. I haven't heard that before but it's possible. I would try finalising things in the car before plugging in.
Also... you're using Ohme. With Ohme you definitely need all of your Ohme settings finalised before you plug in. If you change them mid charge it often messes it up.
I'll give try changing the sequence and see what happens. On the last point I think I've always set the desired Ohme charge routine before connecting, so that wouldn't have ever been an issue.
