UK tyres fitted on delivery

Guys

What tyres did you get with your UK 1st edition? I had read they come with continentals with self repairing technology hence no spare or repair kit.

Just checked mine to order winter tyres and noticed it has Bridgestone ECO tyres which I don’t think have self repair. With no spare or repair kit i will be facing recovery every time.

The Goodyear and Continental definitely have puncture protection, self-sealing up to 5mm within the tread surface.

Thanks, after a bit more research the Bridgestones I have do have similar self seal tech as the continentals so I’m comfortable.

Continental Eco Contact 6 fitted to my 1st - very grippy even when driving a little more aggressively at 0.5 degrees. Looking forward to seeing how the ID traction is with snow - reports have been good from others
