does anybody if the wecharge map with loading stations can be found on the internet itself ?

I've found the answer as "no" so use Chargemap dot com (and its associated app!)

This is a route planner (in German) that can be used:

Google Chrome translates it nicely into English.

Not seen anything else, but you could create a custom Zap-Map with filters for the We Charge partners:
