Charging stopped randomly - possible cause?

I set an overnight charge last night which went well at just over 11kW for slightly over an hour then stopped at 0430h and 37%. Zappi indicated it needed a reboot. Started charging again at 0900h which ran for a few minutes and failed, though Zappi was still good. Went into the car and I'd left the vehicle screen on charging details previous night after adjusting it to 80%. Closed screen to home screen, restarted charging, all now well. Could there be an explanation here?

Do you have a charging location set on the car, with any preferred or departure times configured or enabled?

No, I've had to delete the charging location to get it to work at all, so no departure times etc.. Charging should be managed by the charger, up to the maximum set in the car, and it's been fine in the past. The app connection also disappeared overnight so that's another variable unfortunately. It came back when I took the car out.
