VIN & reg rejected

I've tried to download the Handbook, but neither the reg nor the VIN is accepted. Does anyone have a solution, please?

Wait til VW activate your VIN and reg on their system, this can take a week or so.

In the meantime enter L3 VWW to access the 1st Edition manual.

OR

Press “Help” in the car and access the built-in version.
