Scheduled charge And Alarm went in

Hi All,

I had Zappi charger and octopus go energy tariff which charges 5p per kw in the night. I scheduled zappi to start charging at 00:30 to 04:30. However at exactly 00:30, the alarm triggered. So I have to turn off the alarm but the charging continued.

Has anyone experienced the same? Any idea how to get rid off the alarm when scheduled charge triggers?

Yes I’ve had the alarm trigger on scheduled charge 3 times so far using ohme charger setting for octopus go 00:30 to 04:30. Sorry I don’t have an answer for you as I haven’t sorted it yet but a trip to the dealers is on the cards. Problem is I’m partially deaf so don’t always hear it and have to rely on my other half to elbow me awake. The neighbours have been understanding so far but it needs sorting ASAP

Maybe turning the Interior Monitoring off may stop the alarm triggering?

The only time I've heard of alarms going off is if the boot isn't shut properly.
