Charger availability
As I am just toying with the idea of going electric (and have posted a few thoughts and questions already), I just did a check for a journey I will be doing in the next few days in my ICE. Have to go to Seahouses in Northumberland. I see from Zap Map that there are 3 chargers, and all 3 are not working. And regarding Zap Map, can someone tell me what they mean when it says next to a charger “available 4 days ago”?
It means someone used it 4 days ago - and ‘checked in’ with Zap. Purely voluntarily - so that is a good indicator it’s fine.
Not all points are hooked up and linked to zap to give immediate / real time status. If you find out what network it’s on their website or app may give more up to date details.
