Yes, I have one.
It seems to me to be a straightforward statement of fact.
VW want to sell cars, so it must be as frustrating for them as it is for those of us who have been waiting months.

I also got an email from VW recently and I did save the email I got back in March. The two are almost word for word exactly the same in content and context. Remember this is VW, you know them well. They were, after all, the company at the forefront of the emissions scandal. So as customers we should really expect no less. Hopefully my patience will eventually be rewarded.

Yes that is true, so the statement of facts have not changed in so many months.

Except that VW proudly announced just recently they had solved the Ukraine issues and had started back up the production lines that had been impacted.

In addition, do you think VW could have been targeting production towards vehicles destined for the US market, a considerably important market to them?

When accepting that VW are just quoting facts, please remember this was the same company at the forefront of the emissions scandal not that many years ago. We all need to be patiently waiting, hopefully we will all be rewarded sooner rather than later.
