How to disable the iD3 voice activated help?

So I’m driving along with my iD3 nav set to where I want to go, chatting to my mum sat next to me, then out of no where the ‘help’ says where do you want to go? Anyway I can stop that? I wouldn’t mind but then when I actually wanted to change where I was going and tried asking, she didn’t even answer

In the infotainment screen tap the 8 small squares (two rows of 4) Scroll to settings and then scroll to Voice Control. Toggle off/on

If you press the voice button on the steering wheel you can still talk to the assistant

You can turn it off in the connected services privacy settings in My Volkswagen or in the app.

That will disable voice control via the button as well, so the other method is better.

Not sure if you'll be able to say hello siri. You'll definitely be able to use it via a long press on the steering wheel button. I do this all the time with Google.
