The word "Snow" in individual settings

Hi
I was playing with the various modes, Eco, comfort and sport.
Noticed when moving from any of those 3 to individual mode, the word snow appeared for just a faction of a second.
So videoed it. Here is the screenshot.

Also later saw the words "Off road" in the same place, but unfortunately did not manage to capture that.

Strange!
Anyone else seen this?

Usually its in the settings for the HUD. It changes the speed display from white to blue so you can see it easier if there is snow on the road.
