Radio not working

Hi forum members. Its b

een 3 days now and done the soft reboot by holding down the button many times. Had the car 2.5 yrs now and this has never happened before. I'm getting No device active. Any help with this would be great.

It's referring to an external device, such as your phone, playing media. What are you trying to do?

That's the part of the homescreen for an external device (phone). It's not the radio control. Try going back to the screen with all the tiles in it and selecting radio from there.

Thanks done that as well, and it says something like Sorry this is not available at this time and will be available soon. Will leave it a few more days before I contact the dealers for advice. Thanks for all the reply's.

Got in car tonight after work and it's now working!!!
I've changed nothing in the car or my phone, so no idea what it was.
