Is there a way to permanently switch if id3 internal monitoring

Hi
It's driving me and probably my street slightly crazy. Is there a way to permanently switch off interior monitoring apart from every time I leave the car in the goodbye screen.
I tried via the menu but always switches itself back on
I think wind and my pre scheduled heating/ cooling is what it setting it off. ( I've had to switch that off now but rather have it)
