I’m charging from a three pin plug. I’m a little confused by the app and the synchronising. The charging unit says it’s charging but the app doesn’t seem to be showing that it is…
Do I need to be doing something specific on the app?

Is the car charging LED (next to the charge port, when the charging flap is open and you've plugged in) pulsating green?

If yes - the car is charging.
If no - the car is not charging.

I’m finding the app isn’t updating very well on iOS. If the app was already running before you plugged it in close the app and open it again. Also make sure you have clicked on the car icon on the bottom of the app. I don’t think the Home Screen shows if the car is charging anyway but the screen that displays after clicking the car icon does.
