My ID3 is now 1 year old. I seem to remember reading somewhere that the ID cars get 3 years breakdown cover, but I can't seem to find the info at the moment. Could someone confirm or put me right on this please?

Hi did you check this. Just picked up my new id and dealer says it is one year despite me quoting the vw site saying 3 years

It does still state on the VW website, that the ID range is 3 years cover. Can your dealer read!
There is also the caveat quoted as:

"You can extend your roadside cover from just £99, which represents exceptional value for money for comprehensive UK and European cover. And when you consider that even new cars can run out of fuel or get a flat battery, it’s a small price to pay for the peace of mind it brings."

What the hell does that mean in relation to "comprehensive UK cover"?

I called out VW Assistance at the end of November last year to deal with a flat tyre. My car was 18 months old at the time, so the cover is certainly more than one year.

Thanks that was what i was looking for a real example. It's ok saying on a website but no good if that is wrong. Cheers
