The Id3 is now in intelligent octopus. I get to completion and it says something went wrong. Anyone else had any luck? My charger is a pod point.
The octopus website is currently saying they don't support ID models yet.
Incase I've missed the update, when I joined Intelligent Octopus I had to ring them to reset my application when it got stuck as there's no way through the app to exit the error loop.

From the Octopus website (my emphasis):
Which cars work with Intelligent Octopus?
Currently Tesla, Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford and Volkswagen (excluding ID models). Integration with Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford and Volkswagen is facilitated by a third party.
We’re always working on adding more to this list!

Intelligent octopus is available for all id models in their app.
Saw this on Facebook yesterday in the UK ID3 group. Be interested to know if they tell you the same, Octopus customer service staff are often very helpful but equally poorly informed about anything detailed in my experience. They obviously don't understand the relevant model names.

Here are a couple of screen shots, showing my Family Pro Performance set up in the my vehicle page of the Ohme app and the My energy page showing it's working with Intelligent Octopus. Feel free to share with your Octopus contact.

Almost any EV will work with Intelligent Octopus when attached to an Ohme charger. The change is that the ID range have been added so that they should work with other chargers.

and my car is on 2.4 so i don’t know why they would say 3.0 and above?
Because they list all their cars and then say "or any EV with an Ohme charger". If you didn't have the specific charger you have, you wouldn't be able to use Intelligent with your car.billybobb2019 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 07, 2023 10:14 am and my car is on 2.4 so i don’t know why they would say 3.0 and above?

fair enough - I'm happy with both the car and charger and it has had no major issues and run well for nearly 2 years now - just struggled to understand why the software update to 3.0 would remove models? logically you would think it would add them?mediaguy wrote: ↑Tue Feb 07, 2023 11:49 amBecause they list all their cars and then say "or any EV with an Ohme charger".
