Just getting a new tyre fitted as a result of a puncture.
Guy reckons they’re all getting low (3mm).
It’s 10 months old and a fraction over 7k miles
I’m sure they are always eager to overstate the need to change them and I’ll take a look myself later. But I’m assuming he can’t be completely taking the %^*%
Is there any history of the tyres wearing ridiculously quickly?

Buy a cheap tyre gauge for around 10 bucks and check them yourself before you make a decision.
I've the Bridgstone Turanzas and have 14,000km and they are all above 4mm, will be changing next year.

ID3 tyres start just below 6mm, so 3mm is not as high a wear % as it would be if they started at 8-10mm like many tyres. I'll be keeping ours until the lowest hits 2mm.
If they are Bridgestones, quite a few people have reported they wear quickly, although not everyone.

ID.3 Family Pro Performance (Jan 22), Makena Turquoise / East Derry alloys. Ohme Home Pro charger.
I've done 7,000 miles on my Bridgestones since January.
A quick finger test suggests the rears have worn more than the fronts, measuring them with a gauge confirms this.
3.8mm rear and 4.6mm front, I'm guessing the weight of the motor and just over 200 bhp through the rear wheels is the reason....oh! and a heavy right foot on the odd occasion.
I might swap the fronts for the rears in the next few weeks to redress the F/R wear rates.

As I’m sure you’ve all been on tenterhooks since Wednesday;
Rear tyre is only 3.5mm (fronts are closer to 5mm).
After 7000 miles, that’s shocking (isn’t it).
Will definitely avoid sticking the Bridgestones back on.
Although above post suggests they only start at 6mm
So not rapid wear then. Hopefully the quicker replacement factor is reflected in the price.
