Service Advisor at VW Inchcape Chester yesterday tried to get me to buy two rear tyres from them for my ID3. She told me "The tyres at the rear are bigger than those at the front because of the weight of the batteries...."................ :D :D :D

My local dealership proudly presented the invoice for my last service, which told me that Castrol fully-synthetic oil had been used (but not snake oil)

I'm in the process of part-exchanging my Seat Mii Electric for an ID.3. The salesman asked when the Mii's cambelt was last changed. :|

A sales advisor from my local dealership told me that a 22kW home charger was an absolute must. When I replied that I thought 11kW was the maximum AC charge that the ID3 could take, he went quiet.
