Why did I get such a slow charging rate on 150KWH charger?

On recent long trip I visited a site in Coventry offering 150Kwh DC chargers. It worked fine, and accepted credit cards etc. However, I was amazed to discover that the max charge rate I received was 33Kwh when charging my ID3 Style Pro (2020), s/w version 3.2) when charging up from 20%. Checking other users there, and found most of them were getting over 100Kwh! So what was limiting my charging rate? Is there anything I can do to improve this?

If you only got 33kw at 20%, most likely the charger was broken or derated. You are more likely to see 70-90 (you need to plug in lower than 20% to get over 100kw) but 33 definitely suggests a fault even if it's cold.
