Software Update Issues?

Hi fellow ID3 owners and aficionados. My wife's ID3 is with the dealer for its big software update - dealer just rung to say there are "server issues" at VW - the latest "ODUS" software used by dealers on their local PCs to update the ID3 software seems to have a fault preventing a module to update? Anyone else out there been called to say could take 2 - 3 days for VW to fix? I was aware that the ID3 has "immature" software - and that this is being resolved, and that's fine. But a problem with the software that does the updates??
